Returns Policy
You may return all items sold by coconuttading.com within
10 days of receipt for a full refund. The cost of returning
an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return
is a result of our error. We will not accept liability for
returned items unless they are sent to us via a tracked signed
for service such as royal mail. Please note that we are unable
to exchange items unless it is incorrect, damaged or faulty,
in which case please contact customer services upon receipt
of your goods for a reference number at sales@coconuttrading.com.
All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt, in it’s
original condition & packaging, and with all tags intact.
Swimwear must have it’s hygiene strip in place.
We are only able to offer returns to EU based customers.
All sales outside of the EU are final as we do not yet
have a returns policy in place. Refunds to customers
outside of the EU will only be given if the item supplied
is faulty. Minor inconsistencies in the variations of
colour or size do not constitute grounds for a refund.
We strongly advise our customers to check purchased
items thoroughly before removing any tags or the disposing
its packaging.
